Description:
This project aims to purchase and install an anaerobic digester that will be located on the family farm near St. Mary’s, Ontario. The digester will process manure from the family dairy operation, as well as other off-farm organic material. The anaerobic digester facility is designed to process 30,000 m3 of dairy manure per year and a further 30,000 m3 per year of food waste organics such as slaughterhouse organics and industrial food processing organics.
