This project aims to develop a new strategic plan and build the capacity of the organization to serve our members associations, and more broadly Wild Blueberry growers, the industry and consumers. The project will include the creation of a Strategic Plan and Business Plan, a revamp and consolidation of our existing websites into one website, and market research to help growers adapt their operations to emerging market trends.
