This project aims to showcase outstanding young farmers (18-39 years) from across Canada who reflect excellence in agriculture leadership, farm management and sustainable agriculture practices. Regional and national recognition events will be held to provide producers from across Canada with the opportunity to network, engage in mentorship, & share best practices. The project will share the news of Canadian agriculture excellence across Canada through networking, outreach and various social media tools.

AgriCompetitiveness projects assist industry-led efforts to build capacity and enhance the sector’s development in one or more of the following ways:

• engaging Indigenous People and other underrepresented and marginalized groups; and/or
• promoting fairs and exhibitions.
