Description:
This project aims to empower youth to take on leadership roles in agriculture and agri-food by enhancing their capacities in innovation, science, and entrepreneurship. The activities will support the development of young leaders capable of communicating effectively within the sector and with the public, as well as provide the knowledge and skills to address emerging agricultural, agri-food, and environmental challenges with confidence and credibility.

AgriCompetitiveness projects assist industry-led efforts to build capacity and enhance the sector’s development in one or more of the following ways:
• leadership development;
• mental health promotion;

• engaging Indigenous People and other underrepresented and marginalized groups; and/or
• promoting fairs and exhibitions.
