This project aims to create a strategic plan to transform the Inuvialuit Reindeer Herd Initiative from a food security program into a self-sustaining agribusiness. It will also provide an Indigenous-led roadmap for developing culturally appropriate, economically sustainable, and climate-resilient agriculture. The plan will offer a comprehensive roadmap for infrastructure investments, workforce development, market expansion, and operational sustainability in Canada's remote northern environment.
