This project aims to create a strategic plan to transform the Inuvialuit Reindeer Herd Initiative from a food security program into a self-sustaining agribusiness. The plan will offer a comprehensive roadmap for infrastructure investments, workforce development, market expansion, and operational sustainability in Canada's remote northern environment.
