Description:
The objective of this project in continuation of past projects the Jewish Community Council of Montreal is looking to pursue and expand their methodology for the small and medium-sized businesses to reflect current realities in the food industry. They have researched, analyzed and produced a methodology that addresses food safety issues for religious and specialty foods, and would like to develop it to include all small and medium-sized businesses along with the additional qualitative values such as allergen and nutritional information.
