Description:
The objective of the project is to grow, maintain, harvest and process the highest quality of grapes possible to be further processed into wine at the company's facility in Port Williams. The intern will gain experience in all tasks related to the care and growth of vines: tying, pruning, tucking, weeding, leaf and soil samples, installing bird netting, grape cluster thinning, harvesting and processing of grapes.
