Description:
The objective of this project is to hire an intern to work at Parmalat Canada, manufacturer and marketer of a variety of high-quality food and beverage dairy products. The intern will be responsible for providing customer service to Distributor customers through inbound calls and emails. They will be required to process and enter all incoming orders manually/ electronically, manage the same-day/next-day special delivery process, investigate product credit requests and create metric reports summarizing activity. The employee will also be required to manage the quality assurance process for all identified issues.
