This project aims to purchase various kitchen equipment (steam kettle, immersion blender, stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, two dishwashing tables, combi oven/steam cooker, sous vide machine, work table and hood) in order to set up a processing kitchen that will enable us to manage the surplus fresh produce we receive.
