This project aims to ensure the company’s compliance with GFSI‑SQF (Global Food Safety Initiative – Safe Quality Food) standards through the implementation of an integrated quality assurance system supported by the Viande Responsable® trademark. Obtaining GFSI‑SQF certification builds on the investments made under the KHIP‑PICH – 4357 project and complements these efforts through the development of documentation, employee training, and the promotion of the compliance system among industry stakeholders and markets.
