To train and mentor 30 emerging Black artists in six core areas of theatre and connect them to professional employment pathways in Newfoundland and Labrador’s cultural sector.

-Number of public presentations delivered: 6 staged excerpts + 1 festival event
-Number of portfolio-ready projects completed: 30 (scripts, design plans, production budgets, etc.)
-Number of mentorship hours provided: 200+ across six phases
-Number of partner organizations engaged: 5+ (RCAT, PARC, Twiga Collective, etc.)
-Number of audience members reached: 500+ through staged readings, showcases, and forums
-Number of new employment or production opportunities created post-program: at least 6, tracked over 12 months
