Outputs:
- 80 SMEs receive funding through AI Adoption stream and 100% of participating SMEs receive leadership training and AI training
- 160 professionals participate in AI industry training

Outcomes:
- Average time saved per employee;
- Reduction in operational costs and expenses;
- Additional tasks employees can take on as a result of AI adoption, bringing down expenses;
- Track and measure the short-term impact of revenue growth 3-6 months after the completion of the AI Adoption project;
- Track new AI-related roles created in participating businesses, contributing to workforces development in Nova Scotia;
- Track and measure how AI is being used by employees, their confidence in using AI and any new skills gained as a result of AI adoption.
