Grants and Contributions:

• Host the MusicNL Week events including the conference sessions, export program and awards show.
• Host eight (8) showcases and performances with 40+ artists.
• Deliver skill building and export program activities including 36 professional development panels and workshops.
  -Attract 40+ national and international industry delegates/buyers that will participate in the MusicNL Export Program.
• Conduct over 400 B2B meetings with 60+ MusicNL members.
• Attract attendance of over 1,500 participants to all events during MusicNL Week and 300+ for the conference sessions and the Export Program.
• Increase the number of new export-ready artists/music companies from NL (minimum of 10).
• Attend key national and international festivals/conferences that support the promotion and export market opportunities for NL artists and the provincial music industry.
• Generate greater music industry, community and business awareness.
• Increase revenue earned through conference registration and MusicNL Week attendance sales.
• Increase visibility for NL artists at partnering export festivals, conferences and trade events.
• Broaden the range of people attending the events, with a particular focus on underrepresented individuals and groups with a focus on diversity and inclusion including Indigenous Peoples, Newcomers to Canada and Immigrants, Black Communities, LGBTQ2+, Women, and Youth.

The assistance type is Non-Repayable Contribution. The total government funding is $18,500.00.
