The Recipient’s implementation of Siemens Capital, Modula storage, and Syspro ERP is expected to improve operational efficiency and productivity within 1–2 years by automating engineering, inventory, and administrative processes. These improvements will support business growth through increased throughput, reduced costs, and enhanced inventory and production accuracy. Over the medium term (2–3 years), MilAero anticipates measurable gains in revenue, job retention or creation, and labor productivity, while strengthening its strategic relationship with GDLS and expanding its capacity to serve new and existing clients.
