Description:
Expand an existing meat processing facility (Butcher Shop) at the TRR farm just north of Whitehorse. TRR is an aboriginal owned and operated farm who will expand the existing Butcher Shop by 720 square feet, and to purchase meat and meat product processing equipment. The expansion and equipment purchase will allow for increased production of existing meat and meat products, including smoked products year round. It will incorporate increased space for cold storage, butchering, rendering, barbequing, and smoking equipment.
