A coalition of NWT Indigenous economic leaders, will undertake a two-year project to develop a framework for an Indigenous investment fund. The fund is intended to develop Indigenous equity ownership in major infrastructure or resource development projects in the north.

Develop a frame work (legal and governance structure) for the future establishment of an Indigenous-controlled fund intended to allow investment in major infrastructure or resource projects.
