Relocate a existing greenhouse, build a two season greenhouse and receive training on operations of an existing hydropoics unit.

Expected Results:

As a result of this project, Little Salmon/Carmacks would more than double the growing of produce for sale to citizens and extend it over three seasons at their farm site as part of their food security priority identified by the First Nation. This project will result in increased sales of produce to local businesses during 3 seasons (from the hydrponics unit), growing seedlings in Spring to be used in the greenhouse production and the creation of 2 jobs for the First Nation.
