Description:
A project to complete preparatory work towards establishing a country foods processing facility in Deline. A feasibility study will be completed which will develop the drawings of country food processing facility, selection of a suitable site, selection and development of specifications for processing equipment and supplies, finalize project budget and funding sources for phase 2 and training required to operate the facility. An agricultural area will be selected and soil analysis completed to assess the soil nutrients needs and suitability for production of vegetables, fruits and agricultural crops.

Expected Results:

As result of the project, the DGG will select a suitable site, complete soil analysis for the agricultural area and produce a complete feasibility report necessary to undertake the construction of the community food processing facility.
