Description:
Metcor Inc. is undertaking a project to produce a five-year action plan focused on Indigenous participation in the remediation economy. An emerging remediation economy is developing in the Northwest Territories (NWT), and this new sector offers a unique opportunity for Indigenous groups to participate in reclamation projects across NWT. Metcor Inc. – the economic development arm of the North Slave Metis Alliance, will create an action plan that will help define multisector initiatives that maximize benefits for Indigenous communities in the Northwest Territories.
