Purchase, shipping and installation of the building's steel structure, roof, and envelope for a modular housing factory in Arviat.

Thirteen jobs will be needed to erect the structure, and once completed, 38 employees will support the factory's operations. In addition to these benefits, the factory will host a Red Seal training program to foster a local pool of skilled trades persons to support the facility and boost the number of Inuit employees in the construction industry.
