As a result of the project, at least ten full-time equivalents (FTE) employment opportunities will be created for qualified Indigenous members of communities in the Northwest Territories. The project will hire local part-time and full-time facilitators, job coaches, community and industry liaisons, and Elders to support the delivery of this project. Additionally, the project will increase community employment opportunities over the long term after trained Indigenous women entrepreneurs launch their businesses.
