Description:

Develop a curriculum for a mentoring program that will help increase the number of Inuit who are involved in the marine industry in Nunavut. The priority is on increasing Inuit in managerial and technical positions on the vessels and on land.

As a result of the project, there will be a fully developed curriculum to train assist in the training of Inuit in the marine industry. The project is expected to create 95 jobs, expand 61 jobs and maintain 320 jobs.
