Description:
A retrofit including adding washrooms to each suite, including a vanity and compostable toilet, removing the enclosed shared porch due to deteriorating conditions (rotten wood) and replacing it with a new insulated porch. Metal siding and roofing will be installed, as well as new windows.

As a result of this project, five construction contracts will be implemented for the retrofits, and 10 jobs will be maintained. The lodge will be able to increase employment opportunities due to attracting targeted demographics.
