Description:
Construct a 23,000 sq. ft. multi-functional centre for arts development, education, culture and tourism. This space will allow for permanent cultural exhibits, indoor and outdoor art production workshops, performance and gathering spaces, lodging for visitors, office space and boardroom space for meetings and events, visitor services, retail gallery/gift shop and food service amenities.

Expected Results:
As a result of this project, the community will benefit from 34 guest rooms, 14 additional office spaces, a new conference room, a large auditorium with a capacity of 150 people, a café with a capacity of 50 people, three training rooms and a carving pavilion. 15 new FTE positions and 16 part-time positions will also be created.
