Throughout the duration of this project, 25 seasonal construction workers will be needed to erect the structure, and once completed, 40 employees will support the factory's operations. In addition to these benefits, the factory will host a Red Seal training program to foster a local pool of skilled trades persons to support the facility and boost the number of Inuit employees in the construction industry throughout the region.
