Description:

Carcross/Tagish Limited Partnership (CTLP) is receiving a non-repayable contribution of $495,000 (80% of project costs) towards a two-year, $620,000 project to provide infrastructure upgrades to the Carcross Commons tourist hub. As part of the project, CTLP will complete a multiphase construction project to upgrade existing and add new infrastructure at the Carcross Commons to support visitor services, retail space and provide space for future cultural programming.

As a result of the project, CTLP anticipates the creation of 10 jobs, and maintenance of 15 jobs for construction work during the life cycle of the project.
