Description:

Nunavut Tunngavik Incorporated (NTI) will develop a model to calculate the cost-benefit analysis and social return on infrastructure investments in Nunavut. NTI will conduct a request for proposal to hire an economist and Inuit advisor to design the model. CanNor funds will be used for contract/professional fees, translation, and information systems.
