Assess the marine infrastructure needs of the community and produce a report of its findings. Engage with stakeholders to define the needs of the community; will identify the best location for a small craft harbor; will conduct preliminary geophysical and upland substrate assessments, will propose an initial concept, and will deliver a final report that will include a social-economic benefits assessment.
