Description:

Purchase and install a hydroponic garden system as well as train local Indigenous operators and begin operations to grow produce under the supervision of qualified technicians.

Expected Results:

As a result of the project, the LKFN will have adopted an innovative food production system and contributed to reducing food insecurity in the community. Additionally, one part-time year-round position will have been created. This is expected to expand to a full time position when the hydroponic garden operates at its full capacity.
