Program Purpose:

Community Language and Skills (CLS) will provide language and skills training to newcomers annually through continuous intake language classes and skills development training sessions from Canadian Language Benchmarks (CLB) Literacy Foundation to CLB 5. Classroom sessions will be complemented by distance learning via the LINC Home Study (LHS) program from CLB 2 to 8.
