Program Purpose:

This program provides full-time and part-time Language Instruction for Newcomers to Canada (LINC) classes to eligible clients ranging from Canadian Language Benchmark levels 1 to 8, as well as Literacy levels. The program also includes child care services. Other settlement services such as needs assessment, referrals, information and orientation are offered. Community connection programming is also offered and includes activities such as conversation circles, homework help, swimming.
