This program provides full-time and part-time Language Instruction for Newcomers to Canada (LINC) classes to eligible clients ranging from Canadian Language Benchmark levels 1 to 8, as well as Literacy levels. The program also includes child care services. Community connection programming includes Mom and Tot conversation circles, and Youth summer activities and field trips.
