Program Purpose:

This program provides full-time and part-time Language Instruction for Newcomers to Canada (LINC) classes to eligible clients ranging from Canadian Language Benchmark levels 5 to 8, as well as Literacy levels. The program also includes child care services to enable eligible participants to attend LINC classes. Expansion to serve an increased number of clients.
