Program Purpose:

This program provides full-time and part-time Language Instruction for Newcomers to Canada (LINC) classes to eligible clients ranging from Pre-Literacy level to Canadian Language Benchmark levels 3. The program also includes child care services, to enable eligible participants to attend LINC classes. Expansion to serve an increased number of clients.
