Program Purpose:

This program provides language assessment services to eligible clients. The program also provides full-time and part-time Language Instruction for Newcomers to Canada (LINC) classes to eligible clients ranging from Pre-Literacy to Canadian Language Benchmark level 4. The program also includes child care support, to enable eligible participants to attend LINC classes. Expansion to serve an increased number of clients.
