Program Purpose:

This program provides eligible clients and their school-aged children with programming to help them settle into Canada. This Settlement Workers in Schools program provides information, orientations, needs assessments, and referrals. Activities focus on understanding the relevance of education to life in Canada. This program also includes community connections, such as a youth mentorship program and youth leadership project, as well translation and interpretation support services.
