Building on Canada's commitment to enhance international responsibility sharing through the development of complementary labor pathways for refugees, this project will enhance the understanding of complementary labor pathways by: identifying ways to increase refugee autonomy in learning about and accessing existing economic immigration programs; identifying solutions to the barriers faced by employers in connecting with qualified refugees; and identifying the role partner organizations can take to support immigration and settlement programs.
