Program Purpose:

Include two major activities in FY1. The first one is the In-TAC Symposium, the second is the delivery of Alternative Career information sessions for employers in Ottawa, Calgary and Vancouver. These sessions will help employers gain knowledge and increase their understanding on how to recruit and retain Internationally Trained Individuals (ITI’s) to identify alternative careers in their respective organizations.
