Program Purpose:

This proposal is the extension of Phase I that was funded by CIC. The goal of the proposal for Phase II of the Preserving the Past for the Future: The Canadian Oral History Collection is to assure the documentation, accessibility and pedagogical use of the video testimony collections. The project also proposes to assure a national identity for these collections, and will in all public aspects reflect the collections in all Canadian regions with the exception of Vancouver.
