Administer and maintain the web-based HARTs (History of Assessments, Referrals and Training system) and the Automated Reservation System (ARS), ensuring that they perform reliably and without service interruptions. Continue to provide help desk support to all users of HARTs and ARS in the regions of Ontario where the system operates. Help desk support will be offered in the English Language and in the French Language.
