Program Purpose:
A four year program from April 1, 2013 - March 31, 2017. This project will offer two programs within the Language & Skills Development stream; one-on-one tutoring and small group instruction for seniors. For fiscal year 2016-2017 a Youth Pilot Project focusing on reading, writing and presentation skills will be offered to newcomers between 18-25 years of age.
