This agreement features Needs assessments and referrals; Orientation and Information; Language and Skills Training; Welcoming Communities Youth programming. Specialized Crisis Counsellor services. LINC will be limited to Literacy to LINC level 4. Support Services include CNC and Windsor-region's only IRCC-funded Crisis Counsellor. SPO has many innovative plans for assisting Syrian GARS including on-line language instruction for GARS on low-level CLB wait lists.
