Program Purpose:
Provide assistance to newcomers to make informed decisions about their settlement and understand life in Canada. Provide English language instruction and/or skills development training to eligible adult immigrants to facilitate their social, cultural, economic, and political integration into Canada. Provide newcomers with help to establish social and professional networks so they are engaged and feel welcomed in their communities. Support services are to be provided to eliminate barriers to acc
