Program Purpose:
The Workplace Communication for Rural Immigrants Project (WCRIP) is a flexible and adaptable program designated to assist immigrants living in rural communities outside Calgary (Okotoks, High River, Canmore, Banff, Chestermere, Cochrane and Strathmore). It provides rural immigrants with training and information on workplace communication and soft skills required for the Canadian workplace. It also matches the participant with a mentor.
