Program Purpose:

This program provides full-time and part-time Language Instruction for Newcomers to Canada (LINC) classes to eligible clients ranging from Pre-Literacy level to Canadian Language Benchmark levels 3. The program also includes child care services, to enable eligible participants to attend LINC classes
