Program Purpose:
The Coordinated Language Assessment and Referral System (CLARS) Centre(s) will provide eligibility screening based on client immigration status and will provide language assessment and referral services to eligible clients as per the CLARS protocols outlined in the CLARS Operating Guidelines. Following the language assessment, clients will be presented training options and will discuss the most appropriate course(s) that meet their language training needs.
