Program Purpose:

This program provides Language Instruction for Newcomers to Canada (LINC) classes of eligible clients ranging from Literacy to Canadian Language Benchmark levels 1 to 8. This program also includes child care services for newcomer children ages 19 months to 5 years. Other settlement services such as information, orientation, needs assessments, referrals and community connections are provided.
