Description:
This investment will allow Gairdner to expand its programming in key areas that meet the federal government’s mandate to build a better, stronger, resilient Canada with global reach. Specifically: i) to enhance Canadian Outreach; ii) to promote Canadian Science at Home and Abroad; and, iii) to place Canada on the International Stage. Gairdner’s activities focus on areas such as the promotion of Canadian health research excellence on domestic and international stages, trainee support, capacity building and outreach, and science literacy.
