Description:

The specific objective of this funding opportunity is to: • Provide funding to develop and implement an intensive capacity-building program on the topic: training a healthcare workforce to meet the needs of older adults. The host of SPA 2025 will: • Develop the program and curriculum for an advanced training program for graduate students and postdoctoral fellows on the topic training a healthcare workforce to meet the needs of older adults • Recruit/lead a planning and coordination team for SPA 2025 • Coordinate and manage the logistics related to the successful implementation of the SPA 2025 program
