Description:
Incorporating sex and gender into health research makes for better science that is more rigorous and more applicable to the needs of everybody. The CIHR Institute of Gender and Health (CIHR-IGH) will provide funding for applications that are relevant to its mandate: • The CIHR-IGH mandate is to foster research excellence regarding the influence of sex and gender on health and to apply these findings to identify and address pressing health challenges facing men, women, girls, boys and gender-diverse people.
